Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition program is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.” Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information.  There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat,  but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods not processed foods? Imagine a program that promotes lifelong change!

Different programs are available which we will address your challenges, eating habits, fitness level, lifestyle and wellness goals. You will learn specific, simple, practical strategies that will help you get the results you want, a meal plan or schedule and workout recommendations.

Introductory Session & Follow-up Consultation

Your first appointment with your nutrition coach will be 45-60 minutes.  This session gives you the time necessary to thoroughly cover where you are at, your struggles, your goals and really just allow us time to get to know each other. From this session, I will develop a nutrition and fitness plan, supplement recommendations and any lifestyle changes I feel are necessary to help you attain your goals.  We will then have a follow-up meeting to discuss your plan and answer any questions you may have to help you on your health journey.
